Terms and Conditions for Treatment Bookings & Course Bookings services.
At The Beautique by Sam, we are committed to providing you with exceptional treatments and service. To ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual respect, please review the following terms and conditions when booking a course of treatments.
1. Payment & Booking
• A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your course.
• Course bookings are valid for the specific treatment/package purchased and are non-transferable to other treatments or individuals.
• Payments can be made in person, via bank transfer, or through our secure online payment system.
2. Validity Period
• Courses must be commenced within 3 months of the date of purchase and completed within 6–12 months, depending on the number of sessions (see below):
• 3-session course: valid for 3 months
• 6-session course: valid for 6 months
• 10-session course: valid for 12 months
• Unused sessions beyond the expiry date will be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment within a course.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will result in the session being deducted from your course without refund or rescheduling.
• Consistent no-shows or late cancellations may result in the cancellation of your remaining course without refund.
4. Refund Policy
• Courses are non-refundable once purchased unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., long-term medical issues), which must be supported by documentation and approved at the discretion of management.
• If treatment cannot be continued due to a medical reason, a partial refund for unused sessions may be considered.
5. Results & Suitability
• We aim to deliver excellent results, but individual outcomes vary based on skin type, health, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
• If at any point you are deemed unsuitable for treatment (e.g., due to medical concerns or contraindications), we reserve the right to pause or cancel further treatments. In such cases, alternatives or a refund for unused sessions may be offered at our discretion.
6. Health & Medical Disclosure
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes in your health, medication, or skin condition throughout the duration of your course.
• Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect your treatment results and/or safety.
7. Treatment Gaps & Scheduling
• To achieve optimal results, treatments should be taken at the recommended intervals. We cannot guarantee results if there are extended gaps between sessions outside the advised timeframe.
8. Promotions & Discounts
• Courses purchased during promotional periods are subject to the same terms and conditions.
• Promotional pricing and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
9. Right to Amend
• We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
